Chef Tales is a project created by Chef Alessandro Muratore

Each passion is characterized by a persistent emotion that manifests itself enthusiastically through a desire to communicate.

My passion is for the conviviality of the table, for delicious food and great wines. It is for my work as a Chef and what follows from it: the renewal of doubt, the continuous search for flavors and their balance, the childish and patiently awaited joy that comes from each creation.

And above all, it is for every nuance of its aromas: that of freshly pressed oil, the smell of the fireplace, the calm and long hours of cooking a braised meat, the sweet air of ripe figs, and the sour one of grapes during the harvest. Everything that surrounds us speaks of food and memories, and we live with the patient expectation of a flavor that can come back to life only at certain times of the year.
